(Short-Term Rental, <30 days)

General Terms and Conditions (to be accepted before payment)

Length of stay: <30 days (check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM)

The total price and additional costs (tourist tax, cleaning, extra guests) will be confirmed at the time of booking and payment.

Maximum number of guests: 3

House Rules

No smoking inside

Parties or events prohibited

Respect the peace of the neighborhood

Maintain the terrace, furnishings, and furniture

Mandatory waste separation

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage.

Report any problems immediately.

Cancellation

Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in; 50% for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

Alloggiati Web

Guest data will be transmitted to the State Police via the Italian Police Headquarters' app: Alloggiati Web, as required by current legislation.

Note: Confirmation of payment constitutes tacit acceptance of the contract and internal regulations.
