General Conditions (to be accepted before payment)

• Stay duration: <30days (check-in 16:00 / check-out 10:00)
• Total price and additional costs (city tax, cleaning, extra guests) will be confirmed at the time of booking and payment.
• Maximum number of guests: 3

House Rules

• No smoking inside
• No parties or events
• Respect neighbors and quiet
• Take care of terrace, furniture, and fixtures
• Waste sorting mandatory

Responsibility

• Guest is responsible for any damages
• Report any problems immediately

Cancellation

• Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in; 50% if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in

Guest Registration

• Guest data will be submitted to the Italian Police (Alloggiati Web) as required by law

Signature / Digital Acceptance

• By proceeding with payment, the guest declares to have read and accepted the conditions above.
• Payment confirmation constitutes tacit acceptance of the contract and house rules.
